Luke started this truck and built the recipe people drive across the county for. New owner Gunther Botzman took it over to keep it rolling, and Luke is still around helping out.
Everything is made to order off a real menu board: nine signature dirty dogs, a build-your-own with a dozen-plus toppings, loaded fries, and pepper jack cheese balls. No app, no gimmicks. Just a red truck and a hot griddle.
