Plated chicken is fine. Nobody texts their friends about it. A red truck slinging loaded dirty dogs at 10pm, with everyone still in their good clothes, is a different kind of memory. That is the wedding we love to do.
It works two ways. Some couples bring us in as a late-night bar after the cake, when the dance floor needs fuel and the catering trays are long gone. Others run the whole reception off the truck, with a build-your-own toppings setup so guests get exactly the dog they want. Either way it is hot, fast, and made to order while people watch.
We have served barn weddings, backyard weddings, and venue receptions. We run our own power, so we are not depending on your venue's outlets, and we set up and tear down ourselves so your day stays about you.
Dogs hit different at 10pm.
Set up a dirty-dog bar for the back half of the reception and watch the line form. It is the easiest way to keep a party going, and it photographs great. Pair it with the build-your-own toppings spread and let guests get weird with it.
The one the bridal party fights over.

Catering FAQ
Q1How far ahead should we book?
For weddings, months ahead is smart, especially for Friday and Saturday dates in spring through fall. If your date is sooner, still ask. We will tell you honestly if we can make it work.
Q2Can you do just the late-night snack?
Yes, and it is one of our favorite jobs. We can roll in for a set window late in the reception and serve a dirty-dog bar while the dance floor is going.
Q3What do you need from our venue?
A reasonably level place to park the truck and some room for a serving line. We bring our own power. If parking or access is tricky, tell us early and we will plan for it.
Q4Do guests pay, or do we cover it?
Your call. Most weddings are bought out so guests just walk up and grab a dog. If you would rather guests pay their own way, we can set it up that way too.
