Festival & Community Event Catering

Fairs, festivals, markets, car shows, and community days. The truck is built to feed a moving crowd fast, and it runs itself. Around Clearfield County and beyond.

A good festival lives or dies on the food line. We set up as a vendor, run our own power, and serve dirty dogs and loaded fries fast enough to keep a crowd happy instead of standing around. This is the work the truck was made for.

We are a regular at community events, open houses, markets, and pop-ups around the Clearfield area, and we are glad to add your event to the route. Whether you are organizing a fair, a car show, a church festival, or a downtown event, we show up ready to serve volume.

Organizers like that we are low maintenance. We are self-contained, we handle our own setup and breakdown, and we can provide what you need to get us cleared as a vendor.

For organizers

What we bring

  • A self-contained truck that runs its own power
  • A serving line built for high volume and a fast-moving crowd
  • The full menu, made to order on site
  • Our own setup and teardown, in and out clean
  • Licensing and insurance paperwork available on request
  • A reliable vendor who shows up on time and ready
Tell us your setup early. Booth space, where vendors park, expected attendance, and your event's vendor or health requirements all help us show up dialed in. If you need a certificate of insurance or our paperwork to clear us, just ask.

Catering FAQ

Q1Do you have insurance and the right permits?

Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance and the paperwork most events need to clear a food vendor. Tell us what your event requires and we will get it to you.

Q2How much space and power do you need?

We need a vendor spot big enough to park and serve, and we run our own power, so we are not tied to your hookups. Send us your booth dimensions and we will confirm we fit.

Q3Can you handle a big crowd?

That is the whole idea. The line is built to move volume. Give us your expected attendance so we can staff and stock for it.

Q4Do you charge the event or just sell to attendees?

Either model works. Some events bring us as a paid vendor, others just give us a spot and we sell to the crowd. Let us know how your event runs.
